Our knowledgeable and friendly staff will continuously inspire while working towards the common goal of helping produce the best possible events. Our event stylists really take the time to sit down and chat through your design goals while helping you pair the perfect rentals together. We thrive off of taking events to new levels, so unique concept building is a must!
Each product that leaves our facility is handpicked and inspected to ensure high-quality rentals arrive at every event. Linens are steamed, ironed, and hung to perfection; leaving you with little to no wrinkling. Our products will arrive clean & sanitized each and every time. Our high standards and impeccable attention to detail is what makes {The Waterford Way} an experience unlike any other.
SERVICES AVAILABLE
Customers may pick up their rentals 1-2 days prior to the event start date…
We’re happy to offer complimentary pickup for your rental items. Most pickups are scheduled on Fridays between 12:00 pm and 5:00 pm, with returns the Monday following your event. Pickup and return times may vary for weekday events. In some cases, a rental assistance fee may apply for pickups that include a majority of hard items.

For clients that want to reduce the hassle of lugging rentals on their own…
We’re happy to deliver your rental items directly to your venue. Deliveries are typically made the day before your event, with pickup scheduled one to two days afterward. An additional delivery fee will be added to your invoice.

Our White Glove Steaming & Setup Service is designed to take every detail off your plate and place it in the hands of our well-trained, meticulous team. Setups typically take place on the day of your event, or the day prior, depending on venue availability.
Our staff handles everything from start to finish, including delivery of all rental items, precise placement of linens on each table, careful folding of napkins, tying of sashes, placement of charger plates, and professional steaming of all linens on site. Every element is thoughtfully arranged to ensure a polished, cohesive look.
This service is the best way to ensure your event setup is handled by professionals, allowing you and your loved ones to relax and enjoy the day without stress. And of course, we make sure everything looks absolutely perfect. A reasonable additional fee will be added to your invoice.
SETUP
“Waterford has a great selection of linens. It was a great process from start to finish – they helped me select my linens, were good at communicating whenever I needed to add or change anything on my order, the linens looked great on the actual wedding day. It was convenient not having to pick up or drop off the linens, since they delivered/picked up at the venue for a reasonable fee. I was very happy I used Waterford. They were so great I wish they did other rentals, just because I would’ve loved to have dealt with them for all my rentals!”
Typically most clients choose a breakdown when going for a complete setup…
This also helps in relieving the stress from your attendees at the conclusion of your event. On the event date, our staff will return onsite to the venue at the said conclusion time & breakdown all Waterford items. This will include removing all napkins, chargers, linens, sashes, chairs, etc from the venue. An additional (but reasonable) charge will be added to your invoice.
