Pantone just recently announced their color of the year for 2015, and we are obsessed with it.
Marsala is the gorgeous color that was chosen, and it’s the perfect blend of red and burgundy!
We think Marsala is the perfect choice for 2015! Marsala is such a different color than Radiant Orchid, which was the 2014 color off the year, and we totally dig the deep richness of the color! Lately, it seems like every event that we have provided linens for has used red or burgundy in some way, so we definitely see this color becoming hugely popular in the coming months! Deep reds are normally associated with fall and winter weddings, but this past summer Marsala was a huge color in red carpet fashion.

We love all of the dresses above and how versatile Marsala is! It looks gorgeous paired with black, yet can become “brighter” when matched with lighter colors. We can totally see brides going crazy for this color and using it in their linen choices as well as for little pops of color in their other wedding decor! We can’t wait to see how this color is used all through 2015!
