Is there anything more romantic than a table dressed up for two? We don’t think so! Sweetheart tables are one of our absolute favorite parts of a wedding reception. The sweetheart table is where the bride and groom will share their first meal as a married couple and we think that calls for a fabulous table setting! In honor of our July linen special, here are some of our favorite advantages to having a sweetheart table at your reception!
All About You
Having a sweetheart table, as opposed to a “head table”, will ensure that you will be the focal point at your reception! Your guests will be able to focus on you and in return you will be able to see all of your guests and take in your reception as a whole!
Easy Access
A sweetheart table makes it much easier for your guests to come chat with you and your new spouse! You won’t be surrounded by your family or bridal party, which will allow those that want to congratulate you or share special moment with you the opportunity!
Creative Design Options
If you love specialty linens, but don’t want to go all out on each of the guest tables, the sweetheart table provides you the perfect opportunity to explore your creativity! This table is separate from the guest tables and is meant to be a focal point of the reception, so spice it up with a fun linen, centerpiece and chair signs! After all, this table deserves an extra special touch!
