It’s Waterford Wednesday!
If you follow along with us on Facebook, you know that things have been crazy (in a good way!) around here. Wedding season is in full swing and between set ups & breakdowns, the ILEA Gala, client meetings, and taking inventory of all of our linens & products (and there’s A LOT!) we have been busy little bees at Waterford! With all of our inventory work going on, it’s got us knee deep in specialty linens, and specialty linens ALWAYS remind us of one thing in particular…sweetheart tables! Sweetheart tables are one of our absolute favorite parts of a wedding reception, so today we’re sharing some of our favorite advantages to having a sweetheart table at your event!

Having a sweetheart table, as opposed to a head table (still a great option!), will ensure that you will be the focal point at your reception! Your guests will be able to focus on you and in return you will be able to see all of your guests and take in your reception as a whole…after all, you’ve spent months and months planning this!

A sweetheart table makes it much easier for your guests to come chat with you and your new spouse! You won’t be surrounded by your family or bridal party, which will allow those that want to congratulate you or share special moment with you the opportunity!

If you love specialty linens, but don’t want to go all out on each of the guest tables, the sweetheart table provides you the perfect opportunity to explore your creativity! This table is separate from the guest tables and is meant to be a focal point of the reception, so spice it up with a fun linen, centerpiece and chair signs! After all, this table deserves an extra special touch!
